I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a lot of comfort. However, the service was a bit inconsistent, especially at the front desk, and the dining could use improvement in breakfast options.

Rooms

The rooms were very large and clean, providing ample space for my clothing and luggage. I really appreciated the extra storage for beach bags and shoes.

The hotel's location is amazing! It's just minutes away from the beach and all the fantastic bars and restaurants, making it very convenient.
Dining
6.0
Dining was a mixed bag. While there were multiple options available, I found breakfast choices somewhat limited, especially for vegetarians. The head chef and his team did a great job overall, though.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities, including the pool area, were nice, but I didn't get to enjoy all the amenities as much as I would have liked due to some dining issues.

I had a decent stay, but I did encounter some issues. The rooms were spacious and kept tidy every day, which I appreciated. The service was hit or miss; some staff were friendly while others weren't so polite. The location is convenient, just a short distance from the beach, but parking can be a hassle. Overall, it’s good value for money, but expect some bumps along the way.

The dining options were a mixed bag, with a wide variety of dishes although I found some areas were a bit chaotic and lacking in organization.
Facilities

7.8/10

I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and I enjoyed the pool view. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Candolim, close to the beach and restaurants, but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Although the service was friendly, there were moments when it felt like they needed a bit of attitude training. Overall, the value for money is decent, but there's room for improvement in dining options.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were lovely, cleaned every day, and I appreciated having 2 free bottles of water daily. I stayed in the Roza block, which was very clean and comfortable, complete with a kettle for tea and coffee, and a fridge. I had a pool view, which was great, but I noticed others had less appealing views. Also, there was no lift access for higher level rooms.
Service
7.0
The service overall was comfortable and enjoyable, but there were times when I felt that they could use some attitude training. However, the pool attendant was particularly good and efficient.
Location
9.0
The hotel is smack bang in the middle of Candolim, really close to Candolim beach, which made it super convenient. Plus, it was just far enough away from the street noise, so I could relax peacefully.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was good with plenty of choices, and the staff were helpful. However, I think it would be better if they included a wider selection of English and continental spreads.
Facilities
8.0
I found the facilities to be satisfying, with a well-kept pool area that I enjoyed using during my stay.

6.0/10

The hotel has a great location, accessible to the beach and restaurants, but the overall experience was a bit marred by noise issues in the rooms and service that felt more transactional than welcoming. While the dining options need improvement, particularly the vegetarian choices, the amenities like the pool were decent. Given the price I paid, which was around $250 for two days, I expected a bit more in terms of service quality and room comfort.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean and pleasant, but I did notice a continuous mechanical noise that was quite distracting, even after I raised my concerns.
Service
5.0
The service was lacking as the staff seemed more focused on payment than on creating a welcoming atmosphere. It was disappointing considering the amount I spent.
Location
8.0
The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby beaches and restaurants, which made evenings enjoyable. However, the layout felt a bit cramped.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were quite basic and the quality of the food could really use an upgrade. The vegetarian choices were particularly limited.
Facilities
7.0
The pool was decent but felt crowded at times. I appreciated the cleanliness of the common areas, but more amenities would have been welcome.

The location is decent, just a short walk to the beach, but parking is a hassle. The service was friendly, but at times felt a bit unorganized, especially during busy hours.

Rooms

The rooms were spotless and smelled beautifully when we first walked in, but they did feel too small and cramped for my liking.
Service

The hotel is located a bit interior but still close to the beach, making it a lovely spot for evening entertainment. The rooms, though clean and kept in great shape by the attentive housekeeping, didn't quite match what we originally booked. The service was outstanding, with staff like Vasudeu and Hari going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Overall, it's a decent place, though some aspects like the dining experience could improve.

I had a decent stay at this hotel. The rooms were equipped with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, TV, and good shower, but I expected a bit more for a Radisson. The service was friendly and attentive, and the location was superb, making it easy to explore Candolim. The dining options could use improvement, especially at breakfast, but overall, the experience offered good value for money despite some letdowns.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, especially in the new Dhal wing, where the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my experience memorable. However, the location is a bit tricky for drivers due to parking issues and the narrow access road. Overall, it's a great place for a relaxing getaway in Goa, though a bit more attention to the dining options would be appreciated.
